It appears that the property owner has placed markers on his property line which seemingly encroaches into the City of Tucson ROW. However TDOT maps indocate that the property owner @ 1931 W. Calle Mecedora is infact within his or her rightfully owned property. HCD has no Code Enforcement jurisdiction. Persons at ES and TRANSPORTATION have been made aware of the issue and neither chooses to address the issue at this time. As ordered by supervision I will issue a case against the property owner of 1920 W Jalisco Pl for a tree which is overhanging the perimeter wall and into the COT ROW. |
