Recieved a call from owner of 825 N Van Alstine stating that I had mistaken the addresses. A follow up inspection and furtner research revealed some unusual addressing. What a surprise! The property owner for the property in violation of 16-15 is Anna Franklin of 825 N Anita Av. This case will be closed and another opened for the correct address and the NOV sent again. Man I love this town! A true throw back of the wild wild west. |
