HCD INSPECTOR CONDUCTED VERIFACATION INSPECTION REGARDING NO COOLING. DUE TO INITIAL INSPECTION DONE ON 7/24 AND WINDOWS WERE FOUND OPEN PRIOR TO INSPECTION. INSPECTOR COULD NOT VERIFY AC WAS NOT WORKING. TENANT HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED TO KEEP ALL WINDOWS & DOOR CLOSED SO INSPECTOR COULD DETERMINE IF AC WAS NOT WORKING. INSPECTOR ARRIVED ON SITE,MADE CONTACT W/MANAGER, STATED AC UNIT WORKING & MAINTAINANCE WAITING FOR INSP. INSP ARRIVED AT UNIT, MAINTINANCE HAD REMOVED DRIP PAN FROM UNIT & FOUND CONDENSATE DRAIN CLOGED, STATED NEW PAN TO BE INSTALLED, CARPET HAD BEEN CLEANED & WAS IN PROCESS OF DRYING CARPET. INSPECTOR ENTERED UNIT, UNIT FELT COOL, INSP. CHECKED T-STAT READING AT 78 DEGREES. NOV WAS ISSUED DUE TO CONDENSATED LINE LEAKING & REPLACEMENT WAS NOT COMPLETED. NOV WAS HAND DELIVED TO COMPLEX MANAGER & SIGNED 30 DAYS TO ABATE. PICTURES TAKEN.
