Discovered upon investigating a complaint at a neighboring property. Dead and untended vegetation. Weeds throughout property andin alley behind yard fence. Pile fo red bricks in alley behind yard fence. Storage on east side of house clearly visible from the street. Storage shed on easst side of yard not meeting required setback from property line. Upon further investigation I discovered an expired permit for the replacement of a water heater and a furnace. Permit was issued on 12-19-07 and expired on 06-16-08 without any inspectinos being performed. NOV to owner. Follow up 30 days. |
