VIsited site. Tenant explained that the water heater, which is outside, had begun to leak a few months ago. He stated the landlord was notified however she did not respond to make the needed repairs. This is what led to the excessively high bills for May and June. Once the LL got the bills she fixed the leak. There no problems noted at the time of my visit. Case closed. |
