Found animal waste beside COT refuse container in alley behind residence. Further research revealed the property is not registered as a RENTAL property with the Pima County Assessor. NOV to owner. I was unable to find a working phone number for the owner. I called the phone number for the tenant and an answering machine fielded the call. As I was leaving a message a male picked up the phone and said something which I was unable to understand and then hung up. I called back and this time the phone rang through to the machine. I left a message identifying myself and the violation. Follow up will occur in approximately 15 days. |
