I EXPLAINED TO THE JUDGE THAT THE PORCHES ARE DILAPIDATED AND CONSTRUCTED IN A POOR MANNER THERE IS NO APPROVED HARDWARE OR CONNECTORS AS REQUIRED PER THE BUILDING CODE. THE PORCH IS ATTACHED TO AN UNPERMITTED ADDITION. THE CITY ASKED FOR AN ORDER TO ENTER THE PROPERTY AND DEMOLISHED THE PORCHES ALSO THE DEFENDANT IS TO HAVE THE ADDITIONS PERMITTED PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE ABATEMENT ORDER.
