Ms. Hammons removed an existing storage shed and replaced it with a new shed of similar size. The shed is apporximately 3 to 4 feet from the PL. I asked Ms. Hammons to speak with her neighbor and attempt to reach an agreement. I was contacted by Ms. Hammons regarding her contact with her neighbor to discuss an amicable agreement for the location of the shed. Ms. Hammons stated her neighbor had suffered a serious medical incident and was hospitalized an the prognosis was uncertain. That being the situation and in light of the fact that the shed does not pose any real imposition or danger, I have chosen to close this violation. |
