06/14/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Performed a follow up inspection of units 4101.4102,4103,4104 all units remain unoccupied. Permits have been extended until 9/272010 #T09CM03140 for all units. I made contact with the new owner Dennis Smith of DII Enterprises and his manager on site. I informed them of the pending violations with the units and my function as a code enforcement inspector.
I will follow up when the units are ready for a min. housing inspection or when the permits expire. after 9/27/2010.

07/14/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Here is a follow up from July 01,2009 inspection The unit has now been vacated, tenant has been relocated to another unit in the same complex. I have made personal contact with the owners, they have hired a licensed restoration company and are in the process of decontaminating the unit.
On an other note, all the units effected by the sewage blockage have been vacated and are in the process of decontamination.
