PALM TREE IN FRONT HAS 2 FRAMES TOUCHING THE ROOF NEXT DOOR. THE PALMS IN THE WEST END ON TALL AND NOT TOUCHING. NO EXCESS WEEDS WERE SEEN. NO ACCESS TO VIEW INTERIOR YARD. APPEARS TO BE A CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN NEIGHBORS.WE HAVE NO JURISDICTION UNDER THE NPO CLOSE. |
