Porch addition to the west side of the dwelling extending to the property line. I discovered this upon investigating another complaint on 30th st. A review of permits plus indicates there was a permit obtained to enclose the carport into living space in 1998. No site plan on file at DSD. NOV for illegal attached addition encroaching west property line. |
