I found a few plastic bags in the front of the property. I checked the zoning (R1 zone). I also got the phone number of the person who lives in the house and passed the case off to Carlos Portillo (who schedules inspectors for weekend inspections). I also mentioned to Carlos the people who live in the house are Spanish speaking only people. |
