10/28/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I spoke to a man who identified himself as Ms. Butler's son at the property last week. He indicated that his mother was in Texas and unable to care for herself any longer due to a degenerative illness. He indicated he was in the process of clearing the property of the debris and refuse however he was greatly inhibited by the employees of the City of Tucson located at the Los Reales landfill. Mr. Butler stated that he was told by landfill employees that he would be considered a "Commercial" customer and assessed charges respectively if he attempted to empty multiple loads on a single day. In light of the imposition imposed by ES, I told Mr. Butler to take as much as he could as often as he could until the property was cleaned up. Follow up 30 days.
08/13/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No contact from listed owner or any other RP. NOV sent to street address returned due to no mail receptcal. NOV sent to PO BOX not returned. No abatement. Citation issued today.
