City of Tucson has no authority regarding the issues defined in this complaint. I drove to the address today and observed several trees in the front perimeter yard of the complaint address. All trees are alive and appear to be growing in a natural manner. Branches from the trees do extend over property lines on the east and west. The complainant must address the issue directly with his neighbor. |
