11/30/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved House secured. Owner left a message on 11-25-09 that he had a potential sale pending and would advise ASAP with the outcome of that potential deal. Follow up 30 days.
11/23/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Back yard still a giant mess incuding a vehicle and a truck-bed camper. House is unsecured. Will call owner tomorrow and give him 24 hours to secure the home and establish a deadline for the remainder of the cleanup.
10/15/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Mr. Woodford has been working on the property for the past month. The front of the property has been cleaned up and weeds cleared. The rear fence has been secured. The rear yard is still in need of attention. Mr. Woodford, who lives in Phoenix, stated he would take care of the clean up however it would take some time. I am monitoring the progress and staying in contact with Mr. Woodford. Follow up 30 days.
08/24/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Mr. Thomas contacted me and stated he would send someone ASAP to clean up the property. Citation was dismissed but will be reissued longsform if necessary.
07/27/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No abatement. No response from Thomas or Christy Woodford. Citation will be issued 07-29-09. Arraignment set for 09-11-09.
