House appears unoccupied however that is an active water account at the address. All doors and windows are boarded. There is a small amount of miscellanous refuse/trash and debris. There is an automobile in the rear perimeter yard however it does not qualify as a JMV. NOV sent for refuse and to start the 180 day ticker for the windows and doors. Follow up 06-15-09. |
