VISITED SITE, FOUND OLEANDERS LINING COUNTRY CLUB, SET BACK APPROX 6'. OLEANDERS WERE ALREADY TRIMMED LOW. OBSERVED TRAFFIC PASSING THROUT THE AREA, DID NOT FIND TRAFFIC HINDERED BY OLEANDERS. I HAD NO TROUBLE SEEING ONCOMING TRAFFIC. FOUND NO VIOLATIONS, CLOSE CASE. |
