| 09/23/2009 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Follow up inspection today. It appears that the house is now being occupied. A sercch of TW records indicates that a Florence Celaya has an open and active water service. Further it appears that the electrical power is active. There is still much debris in the alley behind the home. I will issue an NOV to that address in Ms. Celaya's name as she is also listed as a co-owner of the home. | |
| 08/31/2009 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Appears that some cleaning has occured, by whom I have no idea. Violations still exist. Still unable to make contact with a responsible party. Follow up 30 days. | |
| 07/20/2009 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Neighbor to the south called and reported they could see bees or a beehive. I visited the site and did witness a beehive under the roof eaves on the northeast side of the residence. The bees were not swarming. Attempts to locate the owner have been unsuccessful thus far. COT does not remove beehives and unless the bees are swarming TFD will not address the issue unless an eminent threat to public safety, not the case here. Will continue to contact the listed owner to affect resolution. |
