06/01/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved An inspection was conducted at the property at 1345 N 5th Ave
A non profit organization called Community Home Repair projects of Arizona, INC (CHRPA) had a crew at the site doing electrical repairs. The crew explained that they were going to connect all wiring and install new raceways to main disconnect. Evidence of new conductors, electrical boxes and conduit was at the rear of the center house along with tools. At that time I asked the crew to stop work due to lack having the correct permit for these types of repairs. I did speak to supervisor Scott Coverdale to explain my decision. The inspection team then went to D.S.D. to confirm the permit status on this property. Active service upgrade permit was issued. At this time we spoke to LeeRay Hanly and explained the situation. Action taken was a note was entered in permits plus case number T09EL01350 to see him for instructions. The property is secured and there no life safety issues at this time. The case will be reviewed case in 60 days. All notes have entered in permit plus.
