Inspection of site reveled weeds up against the residence and an automobile. Research has shown the registered owner has been deceased since 10-31-05 with no known realitives. Water service was terminated 1-26-06. Property taxes have gone unpaid since 2006. Most likely the property has been sold at a tax lien sale through the Pima County Assessor's office. Until an owner can be identified no further pursuit of code violation(s) are feasible. |
