VISITED SITE DID FIND OWNER REPLACING DILAPIDATED FENCE WITH NEW FENCE, NEW GATE WAS BEING BUILT APPROX 16" FURTHER INTO THE EASEMENT THAN EXISTING FENCE. WILL CHK RECORDS TO DETERMINE WHETHER OWNER IS IN VIOLATION. |
