INVALID COMPLAINT. Site inspection today, spoke to tenant and he confirmed that the travel trailer was not being used as a dwelling unit. Further he stated his lease is terminating at the end of this month and he is moving out of state. He is putting personal items in the trailer and ensuring the batteries are charged and all of the utilities are functional. Clearly, the complainant has mistaken this activity with some sort of occupancy. Case closed. |
