04/20/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Follow up inspection today revealed no activity at the address. House appears to be unoccupied and the perimeter yard is secured. I was unable to gain access to the front door of the residence to confirm occupancy.

Initial inspection done by Inspector M.Romero, called on 02-15-09 for a fire. Inspector Romero discovered construction/renovation inprocess as well as the damage from the fire. Permits plus indicates the owner applied for a permit in September of 2008 however no such permit has been issued to this date, 04-20-09.

I will issue an NOV for WOP to the listed owner today. Follow up 30 days.
