08/28/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I met with Tracy and the case will be monitored due to the permit that was going to expire was extended by calling an inspection in, then canceling it. The new date to expire is now 12-23-09 and will check then if expired. No work has been done to the room added. Will check in 120 days if permit expired.
05/22/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I did an inspection at site and no change to the sidewalk area that was suppose to be removed and replace. I received a call from Dee at right-a-way dept. that he had been to the office to obtained the permit for the work to be done. He has a permit that will be expiring on 6-28-09 and the last inspection was done on 12-30-09 on drywall and nothing has been done on tapping, coating or texturing. This permit has expired several times and he get an extension to continue work. I will be doing an inspection after the 6-28-09 date and if the permit has expired, I will be sending a citation. I will be checking with the right-of-way dept. to see if the repairs to the sidewalk can be included in the citation. I met with Tracy on the on going permit being extended due to this is a 2004 permit for the same work and no change to the scope of work. Will check in 40 days.
03/17/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The metal container removed from site. There are no items being stored in the front yard. Follow-up on the sidewalk repairs to verfiy they are completed in 60 days.
02/27/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved TALKED TO DEANNA LEE FROM RIGHT OF WAY DUE TO OWNER CALLED COMPLAINING ON TIME LINE. EXPLAINED THAT OWNER WAS AWARE A MONTH AGO AND KNEW WARD OFFICE INVOLVED. ASKED FOR COPIES OF NOV AND SENT PER EMAIL.
