HOWEVER, AERIALS SHOW THIS STRUCTURE TO BE ON LOCATION AT LEAST SINCE 2000. SINCE THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN ON LOCATION FOR OVER FIVE YEARS, THE SETBACKS ARE CONSIDERED COMPLIANT PER ZONING INTERPRETATION. NO ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR STRUCTURE, BEING 200 SQ FT OR UNDER AT TIME OF CONSTRUCTION (NEW STRUCTURES ARE 120 SQ FT PER 2006 IRC). NO ZONING VIOLATION PRESENT AND NO OTHER VIOLATIONS PRESENT. NOTE: SAME VIOLATION ADDRESSED IN 2003 UNDER T03VL00051. PHOTO ATTACHED.
