SHED IS BRICK CONSTRUCTION WITH SOUTH FACING WALL SPLITTING IN HALF HORIZONTALLY CAVING OUTWARDS; MAIN HOUSE IS MAINLY BRICK CONSTRUCTION. MAIN HOUSE AND SHED HAVE SEVERAL AREAS OF THE BRICK WALLS THAT ARE DILAPIDATED; CRUMBLING, CRACKING, AND FAILING. ALL WOOD EXTERIOR SURFACES ON ALL THREE STRUCTURES HAVE DETERIORATED PAINT AND NEED WEATHER PROTECTION. SEVERAL WINDOWS ON MAIN HOUSE ARE BOARDED. SECURITY BARS ARE PRESENT ON WINDOWS THAT ARE NOT BOARDED. THERE IS A FENCE SURROUNDING PROPERTY, BUT IS OPEN AT THE DRIVEWAY. ACCUMULATION OF VEGETATION OVER 6" IS PRESENT OVER ENTIRE PROPERTY. ACCUMULATION OF SCATTERED REFUSE AND DEBRIS IS ALSO PRESENT ON ENTIRE PROPERTY. PROPERTY APPEARS TO BE AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE.
