In Judge Leavits court today with prosecuting attorney Stacy Stauffer. Defendant did not appear and found in default max fines issued. Apt complex in bancruptsy. Apt #117 is still inhabitable due to smoke damage. Nothing more the city can do to abate one smoke damaged apt. Close case as per Stacy Stauffer. |
