Drywall in the walls and ceiling has been demolished. No damage to any of the rafters or roof sheathing. One exterior door is missing door frame damaged.
3 circuits were shut of at the disconnect 30 amp to dryer / 30 amp to water heater 15 amp lights storage / kitchen area. Romex wiring in the storage area has sheathing burnt off expose bare wires. Two unserviceable receptacles due to heat damage, the wiring to 3 light fixtures were affected. The conductors to the water heater are burnt the connection did sever from the unit. The water heater is dilapidated unserviceable. Two other appliances washer and dryer are unserviceable. Kitchen lights must remain off due to shared circuit in affected area. Issued notice of violation time frame of 60 day's to obtain permits for electrical, plumbing, building, all work to be done y license contractor. The family did remain in the unit.
