SPOKE WITH THERESA, MANAGER. SHE STATED THE PROBLEM THEY CALLED ABOUT WAS A BURNT OUT LIGHT BULB. WHEN THEY ASKED PERMISSION TO ENTER THE UNIT, THE TENANT ME. TAYLOR DENIED ACCESS AND CANCELLED THE WORK ORDER. THIS IS NOT A VIOLATION. CLOSE CASE |
