VISITED SITE, MET WITH TENANT MIKE NEIL, WHO MENTIONED HIS BATHROOM CEILING WAS LEAKING FROM PLUMBING TO THE ABOVE UNIT # 302. MIKED SHOWED ME THE HOLE IN THE CEILING AND A COMPLAINT FILED ON 1/12/09. ASKED IF HE HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS, HE SAID HE DID NOT. |
