A LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL IS ACROSS THE STREET. THE EASEMENT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM ALL AREAS AND APPEARS TO BE A FREQUENT LOCATION FOR WILDCAT DUMPING. THE MR. PORTER HELPS THE OWNER OF THE LOT AS WELL. NO NOTICE WILL BE ISSUED; F/U ONE WEEK.
