THIS IS AN INVALID COMPLAINT. THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION HAD SOME SAND PUT IN TO MEET THE LAW FOR DAY CARE PLAYGROUNDS. THE WATER IS RUNNING FROM THE PARKING LOT TO THE DAY CARE. THIS WILL NEED TO BE WORKED OUT WITH ANOTHER AGENCY. CLOSE CASE. |
