I have been back to the site and reviewed the signs that are up. I have met with Julie Ybarra from signs Dept. and went over her issues on the signs that are up. The banner that is on the building expires on 8-1-09 and was inspected on 2-2-09 and approved. There is a second sign that is in the property that needs to come down due to not allowed with the first one by the street. The sign by the street is a construction type and at this time is being allowed, which is set in the ground by 4 X 4 posts. When I met with the pastor of the church, he was told to call an inspection to the sign to have clearance of location. No call has been made. |
