1.) Need to add a sprinkler head in the area located in front of the bathrooms.
2.) Need directional exit sign directing to 2nd. exit from main floor area.
3.) Replace all missing cover plates.
4.) The occupant load requires 2 exits for this building unless loud is reduced to less then 50.
5.) Rear sliding door located in the storage area must be labled, "NOT AN EXIT".
6.) Rear sliding door must be labled, on the exterior side of the door, "DOOR BLOKED". ( 6 inches minimum)
7.) Remove all exposed electrical wiring that is no longer in service.
8.) Need emergency back-up lighting for all required exits.
