| 01/12/2010 | ASSURANCE | Partial Approval | I went by this site today and checked on the grading activity, driveway, and new block wall along the frontage of the property. It does not appear that they have redirected flow that did not already exist out onto the existing gravel road. They have imported fill that will be used to build up the grade to the garage and front door, this fill will not alter the existing flow pattern, the new block wall along the frontage will have an opening every 12ft to allow water to pass through the wall. The back half of the property drains to the west pretty much in the same fashion as before development. |
