In particular the areas adjacent to the sidewalk on the e/s of the property @ Kramer, the area to the west side of the main building and the larger area indicated on the plan labeled "native desert area, to remain, no work" 2) Roof drains on both the east and west side of the existing building need to be connected to the sidewalk scuppers. 3) Curb cuts to assist drainage should be installed per plan. 4) Pedestrian gates being installed on the east and west side of the building, across sidewalk areas, need to provide a min. of 3' of clearance. 5) Sidewalk drop off on the west side of the building can be no more that 36" 6) Site needs to be clear of all construction equipment and debris. Removal of rubbish piles on the northside of property and construction fencing on southside of property should be removed. 7) Provide certification letter from Engineer.
