3. VERIFY THAT LANDSCAPE BORDER OFF OF CUSHING HAS REQUIRED NUMBER/VARIETY OF PLANTINGS.
4. INFORMATION ON LARGE TREE THAT WAS REMOVED AND NOT REPLACED, FROM THE CORNER OF CHURCH/CUSHING NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO DSD INSPECTOR.
5. SMALL CACTI PLANTING AREA THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED PER APPROVED PLAN NEEDS TO BE REFLECTED ON AS-BUILTS.
6. ALL AREAS DISTURBED BY CONSTRUCTION NEED TO BE RE-STABILIZED (PARTICULARLY AREA DIRECTLY TO THE EAST OF CUSHING STREET ENTRANCE).
