Preliminary Punch List

Contractor needs to complete all site work per approved plan and in compliance with development standards.

1) All areas disturbed by construction need to be leveled off and stabilized. In particular the areas adjacent to the sidewalk on the e/s of the property @ Kramer, the area to the west side of the main building and the larger area indicated on the plan labeled "native desert area, to remain, no work"
2) Roof drains on both the east and west side of the existing building need to be connected to the sidewalk scuppers.
3) Curb cuts to assist drainage should be installed per plan.
4) landscape areas need to be completed.
5) Pedestrian gates being installed on the east and west side of the building, across sidewalk areas, need to provide a min. of 3' of clearance.
6) Sidewalk drop off on the west side of the building can be no more that 36"
7) Site needs to be clear of all construction equipment and debris. Removal of rubbish piles on the northside of property and construction fencing on southside of property should be removed.

08/18/2009 ENGINEERING PRE-CONSTRUCTION Continued MET WITH RUSS NYMAN (419-5429) ON SITE FOR PRE-CON. WILL BE CALLED OUT AGAIN TOMORROW FOR REBAR INSPECTION ON TRASH ENCLOSURE.
08/14/2009 ENGINEERING PRE-CONSTRUCTION Continued LOOKED OVER THE SIGHT WITH RUSS NYMAN (419-5429) TO SEE WHAT HIS CONTRACT CALLED FOR. HE ADVISED ME THAT THE SITE DID NOT REQUIRE ANY STORMWATER CONTROLS. I ADVISED HIM THAT THIS SITE SHOULD HAVE SOME TYPE OF STORMWATER CONTROLS DUE TO THE SIZE AND HOW THE EXISTING SITE DRAINS. HE WILL BE CALLING IN A PRE-CON INSPECTION FOR NEXT WEEK SO THAT HE CAN MEET WITH MALENA CARREON TO DISCUSS WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN ONSITE AND WHAT TYPE OF CONTROLS WILL BE NEEDED.
