MET WITH THE DEVELOPER AND DISCUSSED THE WORK THAT IS HAPPENING ON-SITE. THEY ARE PLANNING ON REMOVING THE EXISTING DRIVEWAYS AND DEMOLITIONING THE WEST ENTRANCE TOMORROW, BUT DO NOT HAVE A PERMIT FOR THE WORK. I HAVE ADVISED THEM THAT THIS WORK WILL REQUIRE AN ACTIVE DEMO PERMIT AND A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT BEFORE ANY OF THE WORK CAN BEGIN. THE WORK ON THIS SITE IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETE BEFORE THE MIDDLE OF NEXT MONTH IF ALL GOES AS PLANNED. |
