JEFF STANLEY ALSO WAS ABLE TO MEET WITH US AND DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE DELETION OF THE RAMP THROUGH THE USE OF A DSMR, TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT A LATER DATE WHEN THE FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY IS COMPLETED. ONCE THIS IS IN ACTION WE WILL CONSIDER ALLOWING FOR THE TEMPORARY CERTIFCATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE STORE ITSELF.
04/14/2010 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Preliminary Punch List

This is a preliminary punch list and may not reflect all items needed for full release. The contractor must complete all site work per approved plan.

1) Complete installation of rock-rip-rap per note #40.
2) Bike racks need to be installed per note #9
3) Sidewalk areas that will tie into "future access ramps" or city right of way need to have slopes of 12:1 or ADA acceptable.
4) Ramp does not meet slope requirements. Building Final inspector is requiring handrailing per ADA standard. Please address issue with your engineer and submit as-builts or a DSMR request if necessary. Final CofO approval will be contingent upon approval of this item by building inspector.
5) Pilot holes for the trash enclosure doors need to be installed for doors in the open position.
6) All areas disturbed by construction must be stabilized. Including the area to the west of the project property line and the area adjacent to the wash.
7) Construction dumpster, fencing and port-o-let need to be removed.
8) Complete all landscaping per approved plan.
9) Provide certification letter from Engineer as well as As-Builts where necessary.
04/14/2010 GRADING - FINAL Continued MET ON-SITE WITH RICK AND DISCUSSED THE ISSUES AT HAND. HAVE ASKED THAT THE SURVEYOR FOR THIS SITE PROVIDE ME WITH THE SURVEY NOTES THAT WERE GENERATED FOR THE ACCESS RAMP LOCATED IN THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE SITE. IT APPEARS THAT THE AREA EXCEEDS THE 5% SLOPE VALUES THAT WE HAVE IN OUR STANDARDS AND THAT A DSMR IS NEEDED PRIOR TO APPROVING THE AREA FOR A TEMPORARY C OF O.
