2) The safety cover shall have a label that provides a warning and message regarding the risk of drowning.
3) The cover shall be capable of supporting a 275 pound live load so an adult and a child may be supported during a rescue operation.
4) There may be no openings in the cover itself or at any point where the cover joins the surface of the spa that exceeds 4" or would allow a child's head to pass through.
5) The cover must be installed per the manufacturer's instructions.
