THE AREA ALONG THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE PREVIOUS FILL AREA WILL REQUIRE RESEEDING IN THE AREAS WHERE THE PLANT MATERIAL IS LESS THAN THE MINIMAL REQUIREMENT OF THE LAND USE CODE. THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN RELAYED TO JOHN WEID SO THAT HE CAN SCHEDULE THE WORK IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS.
10/12/2011 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval I HAVE LOOKED AT THE SITE AND FOUND THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO BE INCOMPLETE AT THIS TIME: 1) PARKING BLOCKS ARE MISSING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE NEW PAVEMENT WEST OF THE MEW PAVEMENT SECTION. 2) RESEEDING OF ALL AREAS THAT HAVE BEEN DISTRUBED DURING THE NEW CONSTRUCTION. THE EXISTING AREA OF PREVIOUSLY DISTURBED AREA WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH JOSEPH LINVILLE TO DETERMINE WHAT IS NEEDED IN THESE LOCATIONS. 3) ENSURE THAT ALL PLANTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND PROVIDE AS-BUILT DRAWINGS, PLUS A STAMPED CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD STATING THAT ALL HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED SET OF PLANS AND AS-BUILT DRAWINGS. 4) A MONITORING REPORT FROM THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT NOTING WHERE ALL OF THE REQUIRED PLANTS FOR THE NPPO PLANS HAVE BEEN PLACED, OR WHAT HAS BEEN REPLACED DUE TO PREVIOUS DAMAGE OR DETERIORATION.
