A certification letter fromt he registered architect was provided stating that the grading plan was built to the equivalant approved plan. Grouted rock rip rap is not required if the area in question is solid bedrock and material change of concrete to brick pavers does not require a revised grading plan. Per the Tier 1 policy the letter has been submitted and reviewed by the engineering reviewer and the "asbuilt" plan has only been stamped by the engineering review per the policy Item 1. |
