BASIN IN GOOD CONDITION AT THIS TIME, SOME MINOR EROSION HAS BEEN NOTED IN THE CENTER OF THE BASIN ALONG THE SLOPES WHERE HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF WATER HAS BEEN RUNNING. IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF THIS EROSION HAS BEEN CAUSED BY POSSIBLE BROKEN OR DAMAGED WATER LINES FROM THE SPINKLER SYSTEMS. THE HOA OF THIS SITE IS AWARE OF THIS CONDITION AND IS IS TRYING TOO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM WITH THE DEVELOPER. |
