1.) Emergency back-up light over main door in the restaurant area is burnt out.
2.) Extension cords are for temporary use only.

4.) Secondary exit door access, dining area, SE wall, is obstructed with chairs. Must be clear of obstruction at all times.
5.) Provide an exit sign directing to secondary exit door in dining area.
6.) Remove keyed locking device from west exit door in "La Buena" and replace with a thumb-turn lock.

23.) Elecrtical wiring in the water heater shed outside is to be secured and meet electrical code standards.
