1.) Remove locking hasps from both exterior doors located in the front offices area.
2.) Front exterior security doors shall be locked in the "OPEN" position when building is occupied.
3.) Exterior door in the "Tenant" room shall be readily openable when building is occupied.
4.) Replace ant missing cover plates.
5.) Cover any openings in walls.
6.) The room addition on the main FAB. floor area shall be sprinklered or ceiling removed.
7.) Only one exit is required for the main floor area. It shall lead to a public way or at least 50 Ft. from the building.
8.) Remove sliding bolt from exit door.
9.) Gated area leading from the exit door shall remain unlocked or readily openable.
10.) Shall have MSDS available on the premisses. Hard copy or electronic.
11.) The spraybooth is required to be sprinklered. Plans and permits are required prior to installation.
