4. Wiring inside building needs to be up to code. Need cover plates on outlets and switches, need to replace broken outlets.
5. All exposed wiring needs to be installed in conduit.
6. Cut tree back from main power lines.
7. Remove outlet on front of building outside or install properly, can not run wiring without protection of conduit.
