Ordered tennant in #125 (Philip Lucas) to remove candles from his front porch area. He agreed to remove them all. The management company also issued him a notice of violation for the candles. All the other complaints by Jean Walker were not fire related. She was advised to contact TPD for her other complaints concerning her neighbor. She stated she already has. No other fire issues were noted. |
