2) THE SPRINKLER RISER IS DUE FOR THE 5 YEAR INTERNAL VALVE INSPECTION

3) THE WATER MOTOR GONG FAILED TO WORK AND SHALL BE REPAIRED

4) SUITE # 202 SHALL HAVE SPRINKLER PROTECTION ADDED TO THE EAST CENTER BREAK ROOM
