12/08/2008 | INSP - LIFE SAFETY | Correction Required | December 08, 2008 Pima County 2695 East Ajo Way Tucson AZ. 85713 Dear Sir or Madam, The Tucson Fire Department has received a life safety inspection request at the above stated business on December 08, 2008. Below is a list of items that need be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the Tucson Fire Code and NFPA 72. The Knox box located on your building to provide access for emergency crews (serial number 207413) is not opening with our keys. We have tried multiple keys. Please either replace or repair the box to function with Tucson Fire Department keys. It was also noticed there is not a "zone map" for the alarm system. Please make available this map to ensure the responding crews can identify the location of the alarm trouble. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I will perform a re-inspection of the items above on December 23rd 2008. If you have these items completed earlier please give me a call and I will arrange an earlier re-inspection. Sincerely, Conrad Funke Fire Inspector Tucson Fire Department 797 E. Ajo Tucson, AZ 85713-5011 (520) 791-4502 Ext. 102 |
